Syni Anastasiadi was born in Alexandroupolis in 1947. She studied drawing at the Euclides School of Thessaloniki. She worked as a designer at A.E.G. company, Thessaloniki (1971-1977), while following lessons in painting in the studios of “Polycleitos Rengos” and “Thanasis Minopoulos”. She also did ceramics and cerigraphy participating in exhibitions of E.O.M.E.H and D.E.TH. Between 1981-83 she did free studies in mixed techniques in various Vienna workshops. She is a member of E.E.T.E. She has realized 54 individual exbibitions in Greece. And now … Syni Anastasiadi, one of the important names of contemporary Greek painting art, is at Pinelo Art Gallery with her new virtual exhibition.

Duygu Saçlı graduated from Hacettepe University and attended many art exhibitions both in her hometown and abrosad.She keeps working at an art studio. She respresents her inner journet and abservations in an authentic and figurative way by combining with objects that she finds meaning in life. Feelings do not proceed ina certain time and it does not make a plan how, when or where it will be revealed. ARTISTIC PERSPECTIVE COCKHORSE The people who domesticated horses about 6,000 years ago began to use horses in everyday life, from battlefields to farms, from agriculture to horse racing, and human history was shaped. For artists, the anatomy of the horse figure has become quite remarkable. In this series, the artist took and reinterpreted the horse figures, which she combined with his imagination, from today’s horse typologies and art history figures. While doing this, she added the natural texture of the tree she chose as a material to the composition. She brought different perspectives to the subject by observing the horse figure with her creative personality.
